I'd like a copy of the auction video

Accessing a copy of your auction video

Every auction is recorded on our platform and is made available for you to download and keep for 7 days following the completion of the auction. Please allow 24h to 48h after the auction for the video to be available to download as it takes time for each video to be rendered together with the bid ladder.

Following these steps to download a copy of the video:

  1. Login to your Agent Portal;
  2. Select "Post Auction Reports" from the left hand side menu;
  3. Find your auction listing and click the "DOWNLOAD" button against the listing (located on the furthest column to the right).

Please save a local copy of your auction videos for your records. Our video storage is cleared out every 7 days to make room for the next round of auction videos.
