Sale fell through - I need to get the listing back on

Unable to get a Private Sale listing back on. The original sale fell through and I need to sign up a new offer.

Once a final contract is completed on our platform, the Private Sale listing is closed off. If the sale had fallen through, you can list the property once again as a Private Sale and prepare the contract again in order to sign up new offers. 

The quickest way to list the Private Sale listing is by creating the listing manually from your Agent Portal by following the steps below:

  1. Login to your Agent Portal;
  2. Click on the CREATE PROPERTY LISTING button at the bottom of the screen or on the left hand side menu;
  3. Select the 'Property Listing Type" as Private Sale;
  4. You only need to enter an address and assign a primary agent to the listing;
  5. Once done, you can now upload and tag the contract so that you can start taking offers on the listing once again.
